Our goal is the highest quality. If we are unable to achieve this, we will find a quick and competent solution. Your repair or return request will be processed conveniently and easily via the standardized RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form. If you urgently require a replacement device, please send us a separate order indicating that it is for a replacement. The warranty period is 12 months, beginning on the date of delivery.
